Hot on the heels of my first wedding supplier Hampshire feature on the blog last week, is this week’s featured wedding supplier who is Helena Palmer of Stubbington Village Florists! I first met Helena at the opening night of The Great Barn at Titchfield as a wedding venue where she had contributed to the beautiful transformation of the venue. I loved her rustic styling: she made the most beautiful bride mannequin made out of leaves, a wire, twig and flower crown, the twig centre piece and the flower wreath that adorned the barn doors, the greenery and ivy along the oak pillars were hers also. She also contributed the crown and the flower bouquets for this rustic styled shoot in the New Forest. I photographed Helena and part of her team one day whilst they worked hard in the shop. They are such a lovely friendly and happy bunch of people with a beautiful eye for floral arrangements whether you like more traditional styling or more modern pieces. They also sell balloons and gift services (they are an approved Interflora team), and sell those handy decorative and practical pieces if you wanted to do your own floral arrangements.
Also, it’s Mother’s day on the 30th March – have you ordered some flowers yet?
