Ellen and Darren’s Summer wedding in Winchester
St Peter’s Church, Dean Garnier Gardens, Mercure Hotel
Ellen and Darren had the most beautiful wedding last saturday in Winchester. Ellen and Darren are two of the sweetest, most caring people I’ve met and their friends and family travelled from as far as America, Sri Lanka, Australia just to see these two lovebirds tie the knot.
Following a week of very changeable weather, we thankfully woke up to a bright and beautiful summer day on Saturday. I started at the bridal prep with Ellen and her family – enjoying a very relaxed morning. Meanwhile, my second shooter Nicky photographed the Sri Lankan rice ceremony with Darren. Following the Catholic ceremony at St Peter’s Church in Winchester, guests took a leisurely stroll through Winchester to Dean Garnier Gardens for their gorgeous summer garden drinks reception. After that we then moved on to The Mercure Hotel for the delicious wedding breakfast. These are just a few of their sneak peek photos, the rest of the gallery will be ready in 1 month’s time.
