Winter wedding inspiration at Rookesbury Park

Would you like to see some winter wedding inspiration with sparkling crystals using the majestic Rookesbury Park in Wickham, Hampshire as the backdrop?  You’ve come to the right place!  Little Bird Events asked me to photograph a styled shoot at Rookesbury Park in preparation for their upcoming Wedding Fair there in February 22nd 2015.  Rookesbury Park is a former school which continues to host international students in the summer.  The rest of the time it is used for a variety of events including Renaissance balls and weddings!  So we thought it would be appropriate to choose a red berry and ice crystals theme (for the winter shoot) with a few bits of masquerade and a casino thrown in (for the grand ball and dances section).  And then it turns out that the wedding colour of the year for next year as predicted by Pantone is a warm earthy red!  How lucky is that?  But you’ll have to wait to see those as I’m having to keep the rest under wraps for a feature in the New Year.  In the meantime, here are just a few sneak peeks of the crystal section of the shoot to whet your appetite.
